Article 70. Liability of the data protection inspector

(1) The data protection inspector shall be responsible for the lawfulness of the actions carried out in the investigation procedures and for the quality of the investigation conducted.

(2) The data protection inspector shall bear disciplinary, contravention, civil or criminal liability in accordance with the legislation.
