Until you make your choice, the conformitate.md website uses only the necessary cookies and technologies: the cookie that remembers your choice, the forms’ spam protection and the ticks in the checklists, kept in your browser only if you make them. We use Google Analytics cookies only if you accept them. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the ‘Cookie settings’ link in the footer of every page.

What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website saves in your browser so that it can remember information between pages or between visits. This policy also covers the similar technologies the website uses.

The controller is RIGHT CONSULT COMPANY. You can find out more about the data processed through cookies, the legal bases and your rights in the Privacy policy.

Categories of cookies

Until you make your choice, we use only the necessary cookies and technologies described below.

• Necessary for the website to work. The cmd_consent cookie, which remembers your cookie choice; the ticks in the checklists, which your browser keeps in its local storage only once you tick a question, so that you find them on your next visit, and which are not sent to us; your price calculator answers, which your browser keeps in its session storage until you close the tab; and the protection of the website: Cloudflare Turnstile protects the forms against automated messages and abuse, and Cloudflare’s security cookies (__cf_bm, cf_clearance) protect the website against automated traffic. Turnstile loads only when you start using a form. This category is always on and does not depend on consent: we use it in our legitimate interest in keeping your choice and protecting the website and its forms art. 6(1)(f).
• Analytics. Through Google Analytics 4, they show us which pages are useful. We set them only with your consent art. 6(1)(a). Google Analytics keeps visit data for 2 months; the aggregate reports contain no data that identifies you. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off.

The website uses no marketing or advertising cookies.

For aggregate visitor statistics we also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and stores no other data in your browser.

Storing information in your browser and accessing it are governed by art. 116(5) and (6) of Law No. 72/2025 on electronic communications: storage and access are allowed only after you have received clear and complete information about their purposes, in line with Law No. 195/2024, and what is strictly necessary for a service you have expressly requested is exempt. The necessary cookies and technologies (cmd_consent, the checklist ticks in local storage, Turnstile, __cf_bm, cf_clearance) fall under that exemption (art. 116(6)). For the personal data they involve, the legal basis is our legitimate interest art. 6(1)(f) or, for the request you send us, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract art. 6(1)(b). We load analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) only with your consent art. 6(1)(a), on the conditions the Law sets for consent art. 7.

Cloudflare sets the __cf_bm and cf_clearance cookies on any page, before you make your choice, when its bot protection or a security challenge is active. Like all necessary cookies, they do not depend on consent, and we use them in our legitimate interest in protecting the website art. 6(1)(f). The _ga and _ga_* cookies are set only after you accept the ‘Analytics’ category.

Consent and its withdrawal

On your first visit, the cookie consent window offers three equally visible options: ‘Accept all’, ‘Reject optional’ and ‘Settings’, where you choose each category. Refusing optional cookies limits neither your access to the content of the website nor your use of the forms.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, through the ‘Cookie settings’ link in the footer of every page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it art. 7(3). Your choice is kept in your browser, in the cmd_consent cookie, so that it is respected on later visits. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when we add or remove a tool that sets cookies. The current version is published on this page, with the date of the last update.
