Chapter VIII · Section 2

Article 85. Execution of the decisions of the Centre

(1) The decisions of the Centre shall be executed within the time limit specified therein, with the obligation to inform the Centre in writing of the measures taken. The Centre may set a time limit of up to 6 months for the execution of the decision, taking into account the complexity of the actions to be carried out, the degree of danger of the irregularities to be remedied, the ability of the person under investigation to perform the prescribed actions, and previous directions issued in similar cases. In complex cases, where the decision of the Centre provides for the implementation of complex corrective measures, the Centre may, at the reasoned request of the controller or processor, extend the time limit for the execution of the decision beyond 6 months.

(2) The time limit for the voluntary payment of the fine shall be at least two months from the date of communication of the decision.

(3) The decisions of the Centre shall be subject to compulsory enforcement in accordance with the provisions of the Enforcement Code.

(4) As regards the collection of the fines imposed, the decisions of the Centre shall be executed in accordance with the procedure for the enforcement of pecuniary claims based on public-law provisions, approved by the Government.
