Article 74. Right to bring an action before a court against a controller or processor

Without prejudice to art. 72 and 73, and without prejudice to alternative methods of dispute resolution, every data subject shall have the right to bring an action before the competent court where he or she considers that his or her rights under this Law have been infringed as a result of the processing of his or her personal data in non-compliance with this Law.
