Services are provided only under a contract concluded in writing. ## The texts of Law No. 195/2024 The website reproduces the Romanian text and the official Russian translation of Law No. 195/2024. Normative acts and their official translations are not subject to copyright under art. 8(b) of Law No. 230/2022 on copyright and related rights. The texts on the website are not an official publication. The official text is the one published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova (Monitorul Oficial) No. 367-369/2024, art. 574. Every article links to the text on legis.md. The English translation is unofficial and was made by conformitate.md; the rights in it belong to RIGHT CONSULT COMPANY. The Romanian and Russian texts are those published in Monitorul Oficial; the English translation has no legal force. ## Quotes and prices The prices shown on the website apply to companies that meet the conditions of each package. The package estimated by the quote form is indicative. We send you the final quote and the contract separately, in writing. ## Intellectual property The website’s own texts, graphics, checklists and other materials are protected by copyright, and the rights in them belong to RIGHT CONSULT COMPANY. The name and graphic elements of the conformitate.md brand may not be used without our written consent. You may use the downloadable materials within your company, but you may not resell, publish or distribute them without our written consent.
