# Article 89. Final provisions

Chapter IX

(1) This Law shall enter into force upon the expiry of 24 months from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova (Monitorul Oficial).

(2) Until the entry into force of this Law, the Government shall:

a) submit to Parliament proposals for amending the legislation in accordance with this Law;

b) amend its normative acts in accordance with this Law.

(3) Until the entry into force of this Law, the Centre shall approve the normative acts necessary for its implementation.

(4) This Law shall not impose additional obligations on natural or legal persons in relation to processing in connection with the provision of publicly available electronic communications services in public electronic communications networks in relation to matters for which they are subject to specific obligations with the same objective set out in Electronic Communications Law No. 241/2007.
