# Article 71. Status of the staff of the Centre

Chapter VII · Section 3

The activity of the staff of the Centre shall be governed by this Law and, where applicable, by Law No. 199/2010 on the Status of Persons Holding Positions of Public Dignity, Law No. 158/2008 on Public Office and the Status of Civil Servants, and labour legislation.
