# Article 61. Activity report

Chapter VII · Section 2

(1) Every year, by 31 March, the Centre shall submit to Parliament and the Government the report on its activities for the previous year, which shall include, at least, information on the types of infringements notified and the types of measures taken in accordance with art. 60(2).

(2) The activity report shall be published on the official website of the Centre.
