# Article 56. Financing of the activity of the Centre

Chapter VII · Section 1

(1) The Centre shall be financed from the state budget.

(2) The Centre shall draw up, approve and manage its budget in accordance with the principles, rules and procedures laid down in Public Finance and Budgetary and Fiscal Responsibility Law No. 181/2014.

(3) The economic and financial activity of the Centre shall be subject to audit by the Court of Accounts.
