# Article 52. Processing and access to information of public interest

Chapter VI

(1) Personal data held by controllers may be disclosed under the conditions of Law No. 148/2023 on Access to Information of Public Interest, except for the special categories of personal data referred to in art. 9(1) of this Law.

(2) Paragraph (1) shall not apply to requests by data subjects for access to their own personal data. In such cases, the provisions of Chapter III, Sections 1 and 2 shall apply.
