# Article 48. Transfers or disclosures of information not authorised by normative acts

Chapter V

Any judgment of a court and any decision of a public authority of another state requiring a controller or processor to transfer or disclose personal data may be recognised or enforced in any manner only if it is based on an international treaty, such as a mutual legal assistance treaty, in force between the requesting state and the Republic of Moldova, without prejudice to other grounds for transfer pursuant to this Chapter.
