> personal data protection policies which are adhered to by a controller or processor established in the territory of the Republic of Moldova for transfers or a set of transfers of personal data to a controller or processor in one or more states within a group of enterprises, or group of enterprises engaged in a joint economic activity;

Binding corporate rules are the data protection policies that a controller or processor established in the Republic of Moldova must adhere to for transfers of data to a controller or processor in one or more states within a group of enterprises, or a group of enterprises engaged in a joint economic activity. A group that transfers staff data between its companies in several states may have them.
